Appearance of Age: 25
Hair Color: Pale Blonde/Grey
Eye Color: Violet
Height: 182 cm (6'0 ft)
Weight: 190 pounds

Personality:
Russia likes to think of himself as innocent and bighearted, which is absolutely false. He is actually very cruel and likes to see other nations in pain. When you see him smiling, he is probably thinking of something that pleases him, seeing others in despair. Although he is cruel minded, he doesn't even realize it himself. His childhood was a huge contributor in his personality. He has been tormented by his childhood. He has seen many wars and tragedies, which cracked his mentality.
Russia believes that his way of thinking will benefit his Country and the rest of the world. This particular way of thinking is Communism. He believe that if the whole world would all become communist, then everything will become a bit better. Being the way he is, he conveys this as "Becoming one with Mother Russia."
Russia is the type of person who wants friends, but has subordinates instead. Instead of encouraging people to become friends with him, he's actually scaring them away. For example when he tried to talk to the Italy brothers, they were just completely terrified of them. This is partially the fault of his body size, as he is big boned. No one has seen under his coat, or under his scarf. His scarf was a present given by his sister Ukraine, and he treasures it. He will never ever take off his scarf.

-General Winter (When he's not in war. However, when he is, General Winter can end up being his ultimate weapon.)

-When people say "no" to him
Fears:
~ His sister Belarus is probably the thing that scares him the most.
~The fear of losing all of his land and the power he holds.
Strengths:
+ Physical strength
As you can tell from his build, Russia is extremely strong. He can't be physically hurt easily.
+ Immune to magic curses
When England pulled out Busby's chair, Russia was immune to it's effects. Russia has a mysterious background with magic and it has no effect on him.
+ Intimidating
Russia gets people to do what he wants. Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania is completely at his disposal, and is scared to leave his side.
+ Enigmatic
It's very difficult to guess what he's thinking. He may seem all smiley and quiet, but on the inside he's devious and plotting to see others in pain.
Weaknesses:
- Easily Depressed
Russia gets depressed very easily. Even the slightest bit of a negative statement can put him in a depressed state. For example when Lithuania was telling Sealand about becoming a nation, memories of Russia's childhood came back to him, which were pretty horrible.
- Physical Strength
Being as strong as he is, it's also a weakness. Russia can crack very easily which causes him to be violent towards others. He sometimes ends up hurting people more than he intends to, which leads to even more hate towards him.
-Intimidating
As said before, Russia is intimidating which is a plus but also a negative aspect of him. Because of this, he has no 'real' friends. People are too scared to approach him.
-Lonley
All of his weaknesses above contribute to this factor. Russia deep down is lonely. Once everyone abandoned him in the Soviet Union, he became very lonely. This is probably why Russia likes to spy on other nations.
-His Sisters (Belarus & Ukraine)
Even though he's completely terrified of Belarus, he would never hurt his sisters. It would be strategic for an enemy to put Russia's sisters on the line, because they are important to him.
History:
(I love Russian history, this will be fun for me! *v*
I didn't really go into depth, is that okay? ;A;)
The Beginning of Russia
Traditions of Russia believe that the Viking Ruik came to Russia in 862 and founded the first Russian dynasty in Novgorod. Actually, in the course of the 9th century, Viking tribes moved southward into Russia, tracing a path that connected the Baltic and Black Seas. The tribes were united by the spread of Christianity in the 10th and 11th centuries. During the 11th Century, the grand dukes of Kiev held the centralized power in Russia.
Russia Under the Mongols
In 1240 (guilty, I looked up the year of that xD), Kiev was destroyed by the Mongols. Because of this, Russia was split into numerous smaller dukedoms. The Mongol empire was huge, spreading across the Asian continet, so Russia was put under control of the Khanate of the Golden Horde. The next two centuries was the rise of Moscow. Moscow turned out to be a provincial capital and the center of the Christian Orthodox Church.
Ivan the Terrible (Lolz)
In the late 15th century, Duke Ivan III acquired Novgorod and Tver and threw off the Mongold yoke. Ivan IV, the Terrible (oh crap), the first Muscovite tsar, is considered to have founded the Russian state. He crushed the power of the rival princes and landowners. Even though he was a powerful leader, he was a cruel one and committed many crimes against humanity. He even killed his own son. In a bathtub. o__o (Why can I imagine Russia doing this? >__>)
Peter the Great (Wtf Sealand? o__o)
Russia remained mostly medieval until the reign of Peter the great. Peter made extensive reforms aimed at westernization, and extended Russia's boundaries to the west. When Peter became ill, Catherine the great continued Peter's westernization program and also expanded Russian territory, acquiring Crimea, Ukraine, and part of Poland.
Reign of Alexander IAka: France tries to invade Russia and FAILS.
During the reign of Alexander I, Napoleon tried to invade Russia. This failed miserably because of the harsh weather conditions in Russia. General Winter woot! After this, Russia gained new territory. This included Finland and Bessarabia. Alexander originated the Holy Alliance, which for a time crushed Europe's rising liberal movement.
Alexander II
Alexander II pushed Russia's borders to the Pacific and into central Asia. Serfdom was abolished, but heavy restrictions were imposed on the working class. Revolutionary strikes and the loss in the Russo-Japanese war with Japan caused major social unrest in Russia.
World War 1
World War 1 was terrible for Russia. Even though Russia had mass amounts of troops, they weren't industrialized like the other Nations. Also they're recent loss in the Russo-Japanese war affected Russia greatly in World War 1. Russia had to pull out early, causing many citizens of Russia to doubt the czarist rule.
Russian Revolution
World War I demonstrated czarist corruption and inefficiency. Nationalism was the only thing that held the un-industrialized, poorly equipped army together. Workers revolts were common at this time. Nicholas II was forced to step down and his family was killed by revolutionists. The Bolshevik's were slowly coming to power. (By the way, this ceased the czarist rule in Russia) The leader of the Bolshevik revolution (previously exiled from Russia), was Vladimir Lenin. He took the Marxist theory of Communism, and molded it into his own ways. He promised the working class "Peace, Land, and Bread". He then stepped up to become the leader of Russia. He then established the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, the USSR. He also established new economic policies which made citizens work for the government, not for themselves. (This is where the In Soviet Russia jokes come from. xD) Along with the Russian revolution, Russia was being very cruel to the Ukranian Kulaks because they opposed collective farming. They were all massacred. (Random tidbit of information )
Er, I could go on forever with the Russian revolution/Communism, but I want to get this done! xD
STALIN THE MAN OF STEEL
After Lenin died, Stain stepped up as the new leader of Russia, er I should say Soviet Union. Lenin even WARNED everyone about Stalin. He was an evil man and took the policies of Communism to the extreme. He even had a secret police following people around, neighbors telling on neighbors, family telling on family!
World War II
Even though Russia was with the allies, they had strong relations with the Germans. In secret, Germany and Russia signed a nonaggression pact. This meant that they agreed not to attack eachother during the war. This, of course backfired and Germany went to go invade Russia anyways. General Winter saves Russia again as the German troops couldn't stand the harsh winters. (Oh, but Russia did take part with Germany invading Poland. This resulted in Russia getting Belarus and Ukraine in the USSR.)
While Russia secretly annexed Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania, America refused to acknowledge this all throughout WWI and WWII. They got granted independence in iforgetwhatmonth 1991.
Anyways, blah blah World War II goes on, and the allies are victorious! Russia, having a huge population ends up losing the most troops.
THE COLD WAR
So after all of this, Russia still wasn't satisfied. Russia wanted everyone to become one with him!~ He basically forced all of Eastern Europe Communist. (Incuding East Germany, which is why Prussia hates Russia, with a passion) Russia started to encourage other nations to take up Communism. America, being the stubborn one he is, didn't want the other nations to become Communist. America started to give money to the other Nations parties who were against Communism. Basically, America didn't care if they were an evil dictator or not, if they weren't Communist it was fine! Russia and America continued to compete against eachother. Even though they were competing with eachother, they got into physical war together. They had Nation's groups as pawns to fight against eachother. (Prime example the Vietnam War) The space race also took place, which America won. America also created NATO, which was a pact with other Countries against Communism. Eventually, Communist countries that were forcefully made Communist by Russia started revolting. This led to the weakening of the Soviet Union, and eventually the break up of it.
Do I have to do the reformation of Russia's government? If I do I'll edit this, but as of now I'm going to put it as complete. You can tell I got tired writing this, as it is late at night, OTL. >A<
Allies: He would like to think his Allies are:
-China
-America
-England
-France
-Latvia
-Lithuania
-Estonia
-Belarus
-Ukraine
(In reality, Russia doesn't have many real allies, if any.
Enemies:
America (for the most part)
Japan (During the Russo-Japanese war)

[Honestly, the only other place I roleplayed was on facebook and it was Hungary. It was also in script format so this is fairly new for me. ;__;
Tell me if I need to elongate my roleplays and what to improve on. By the way I just quickly thought this up because of the recent Russian spy incidents in the US. xD]

Russia was sitting in his room looking up at the ceiling. His superior was nagging at him about his huge blunder. He was keeping close watch on his spies for years now, and now America had finally caught them. Russia made sure that they wouldn't stand out too much, making sure they would live normal lives. "How could that damn America find them? I had them scattered all around the Country. They were living completely different lives, yet he found all of them!" He clutched his head in agony and pound his fist on the table. He underestimated America's abilities. The Cold War should have showed him that he's smarter than he looks.
As his superior was talking to him, he was gazing up at the wall. "What's
America going to have to say to me?" Scenarios of this started to pour in his head. As each of these scenarios flew by, his smile grew wider and wider. He chuckled lightly and his superior looked at him, confused. He leaned back on his chair laughing even more and then stopped. He looked at his superior and smirked. "This is going to be interesting!"
